Last year, if you can remember, there was a small distraught boy who couldn't believe that such a terrible sheep existed that would throw him off onto the hard dirt ground of the mutton bustin' arena. This year, my little champion held on as if his life depended on it and rode his wild sheep nearly to the fence on the other side! He was so brave, not displaying fear! Although he did not win a medal, he was my favorite contestant and he made his family proud.

Silas Warren you rock! He is so brave and auntie Jenna is proud of you too. You'll have to show Nathan and Isaac a little somethin somethin some day. Nathan was actually asking to go for a sleepover at Silas' house the other day. I said, "it's far away honey," and he said, "no mommy, we just had to drive over a hill, it wasn't very long." And I laughed and thought, boy... did you sleep the whole 7 hour long trip?!! Needless to say, we miss you guys! Love ya.
