A New House

After a couple years of waiting, looking and praying, we think that we've finally landed the house of our dreams... :) Here is a beautiful home that recently went through a forclosure and was trashed. We are buying it from a friend, who's doing the work that you'll see here. At the home, there are 5 acres, a shop and a roomy home on top of a private treed hill.
The Shop: Barry's Favorite First
  • The House: back & side yard, looking from the shop
    The Master Suite: Upstairs

    The Dining Room: Main Level

    The House: Front View

We are really excited about this purchase and we are grateful that God is handing us this wonderful thing. We hope to use it as a gathering place and share what we've been given.

I'm so excited for you Tiffany (not so much for us, though). I think that every girl's dream is a bit wrapped up with having her own home. Such a blessing, and now is a great time to take advantage of that. Where is it located?

Hi Elaine! That's hilarious that you are the person to see this on the blog first. Sorry, we wanted to tell you guys soon obviously! Hopefully the home will close on June 15. We are waiting on a few more details. The home is near Chewelah. I can email you specifics. It's really beautiful up at the house. You can see for miles in more than 180 degrees. :)

Tiff... it's so beautiful. I'm so happy for you guys! Can I come live there too.(; Do you want to support 4 more people and two dogs?! Commune living...

Just teasing of course. Both Sam and I are in awe of how beautiful it is around there. Sam was drooling a little at the "man" shop. I love the slate tiles. It all is so wonderful and such a blessing for you guys. Yay to God, for giving us far more than we could ever dream of.

Love ya,
Jenna

You know we would live communally with you guys any time!

We could build a kitchen in the downstairs and we wouldn't even notice each other! ;)

Besides, the Bear and Kodi need to protect me from moose.

Wow, owning a house. So grown up. I live in a dorm. Congrats on the rite of passage. I hope to come visit someday when it's all spruced up.

It looks bee-you-tee-ful, Tif (and roomy!). Congrats and I can't wait to come out and visit you all.
